Internet Campaign

I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while. I'm trying to think of new things to do with the comics. This conversation came up a while ago while skyping with these mofos.

In case we go through another update drought, check out this amazing comic blog: Daisy Owl.

Feels Good, Doesn't It?

I was stuck in lab last night til midnightish so I managed to churn out more comics. I like this one, well, mostly because of his name. It is mostly a joke, but don't be surprised if one day you do meet a little kid named Alec Keith Urban Almendrala Joel. And I swear, if you do meet that kid and he is not mine, you best be sure I will go after the person who stole that name.

And I Know What You Did Last Summer

I'm sorry, this is definately the longest I've gone without posting a comic. I promise, it's not because I think I'm too cool for it or anything. I honestly try to be as uncool as possible. And bring everyone else down with me.

Stephie is leaving for the EA tomorry, and it's making me sad. So I am starting a series of comics called, "Hitting On Stephanie." Jena is also leaving for the EA, but her fate has yet to be sealed.

Things I Learned From the Internet

And from the mouth of babes comes something something.

While Stephie's family may not appreciate her semi-encyclopedic knowledge, her friends certainly do. Too bad she was stuck with her family all week on the road trip through the east coast. You know, I really don't know how retains all that random information in her brain, only to whip it out in conversation unexpectedly. I still go to her for the chord progression for that Shins song.

The No Donnas Club

Nothing much new going on with me lately. I lost my voice 3 days ago, something that has never happened before, and now that it's happened to me, I swear I'm never making fun of my friends again when they lose theirs. I'm a changed person!

I've been going through season 3 of Buffy, and before anyone gets me started, I just want to say how exciting it is, and we're coming up on the Buffy Christmas episode!

Also, I love the National. Everyone should listen to them.

To-Do Lists

Making lists is very important in maintaining one's sanity when life gets pretty crazy. I never used to do it in high school, but in college I started to make them so that I could feel more important. Paul Farmer (my hero) likes to make lists so that when he finishes each task he can check off each box and say "We sure are getting a lot done!" Also you can tell a lot about a person by his/her to-do list. (See Stephie's to-do list for example).

A friend of Una and mine, Sara, in high school used to make to-do lists. One time in math, Una stole Sara's list and wrote "Kill Donna" on it secretly. Then when Sara was reading her list later on, she exclaimed "Kill Donna?!" and Una laughed and laughed. Then Sara spiked my water with arsenic, and I died instantly. After that, Una realized the horrible thing she had done, because I haunted her for the rest of her life. Don't mess with to-do lists.

Adventures by the Rock part 2

If you know Stephie, then you too have had the joy of experiencing her words of wisdom. If you're like me, then you know you must treasure them like precious gems.

We occasionally call each other Cooper. Just for fun. To remind us of our roots or something.

I'm also really stressed about this report I have to do and moving out. Hence the 2am post. I don't know what I would do without cuddleboobs.

And I Saw a Light at the End of this Tunnel...

Comics galore! It feels good to be making these again. I really missed doing it. Now that I have completed my college career, and am still without any real employment, I will be free to spend hours cuddling boobs and such.

I'm moving out soon, and it's a little stressful. I'm in the process of giving away all my shizzle. People respond to my emails like they're hotcakes. Mmmm... I've given away my bed frame, and I'm sort of wondering where I'm supposed to sleep once its gone. My parents are going to help me move some crap out tomorrow night. It feels sad. I'm gonna miss naan n curry so badly. Also there's that dreamy curry guy I will miss. Oh well, like Bowie said, time to face the strange ch-ch-changes...

Hope Sometimes Disappoints

I almost wrote "disapoops" instead of disappoints.

Better, funnier comics are on their way. I apologize for the delay. They are currently being induced from our bodies with more life giving oxytocin. Especially Chris' body.

Adventures by the Rock

I'm running out of material, but I'm so desperate for a reason to procrastinate that I'm putting up this comic, which only serves to reinforce how exciting my life is.

I have a pchem midterm in one and a half hours. I am so over it.

Don't Bring That Up

If any of you desire a sure fire method of making me cry, then you'll bring up the topic of stephie moving out of the castle and into that sorority. Now, I'll admit that anything ranging from Oprah to Elf will make me cry so I'm not so sure how sweet your victory over my dignity will be. That ball with spiky hair in the corner is Caleb, and he has yet to figure out what kinds of things are okay to joke about and what kinds of things are so off-limit that I've repressed those feelings to the innermost places in my mind. I think it's funny now to laugh about, but I didn't want him to think he could get a laugh out of that one easily. He learned his lesson.

Dreams Last 4 So Long... Even After You're Gone

Steph has really weird dreams. Well, not that weird, but I've personally never dreamt of getting married. I think she has those dreams all the time. So I was kind of thinking of the Harold and Kumar scene, where Kumar sees the giant bag of weed and has a pessimistically realistic daydream of what it would be like if he married the bag of weed. Anyway, I think it's just a beautiful part of life. Dream on!

This Happens Every Day

i spend a lot of time with stephanie just sitting somewhere on campus talking about the different foods i like or the new comics i'm reading. she likes to talk about the oc and portland. so i like to wonder what would happen if one of these days, her dream guy came up to her and asked for the time. i don't like to matchmake my friends (awkward!!!) but with steph, it's gotten to the point where i really really am looking forward to her hopping onto that train of love. she really likes coffee, hence the coffee mug, so half-and-half just makes sense, right?
